Superb Shifts "Shift or Treat" Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor. Superb Shifts Inc., 139 S 144th Street, Box 552, Omaha, NE 68154 ("Superb").

2. Eligibility. Open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 or older (or the age of majority where they live) and who hold an approved healthcare worker account on the Superb Shifts platform in good standing on the date of the drawing. Employees of Superb and their immediate household members are not eligible.

3. Entry period. Begins October 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time. Superb's records are the official timekeeper.

4. How to earn entries. Entries are recorded automatically.

• 1 entry for each shift worked with a start time during the entry period.

• 4 entries for each open shift picked up through the Superb Shifts app during the entry period. Open shifts picked up on October 17–18, 2026 earn 6 entries each instead of 4.

• 2 entries for each credential document or license added or updated in the app, up to 2 updates per person.

• 5 entries for each new healthcare worker who signs up during the entry period and names the entrant as their referrer by full name, or signs up through the entrant's referral link.

• 3 bonus entries, once, for an entrant with no completed shift in the 30 days before October 1, 2026 who works a shift during the entry period.

5. Entries removed. Each shift an entrant drops, calls in for, or does not show up for (no call/no show) during the entry period subtracts 1 entry. If the entrant picked up that shift as an open shift during the entry period and then calls in or does not show up, the open-shift pickup earns no entries instead. An entrant's total cannot go below zero.

6. Free entry. Every eligible worker who logs in to the Superb Shifts app at least once during the entry period receives 1 entry automatically. No shift, pickup, referral or other activity is required.

7. Drawing. On or about November 2, 2026, Superb will select one Grand Prize winner and five runners-up in a random drawing from all eligible entries. Each entry is one chance. A person can win only one prize. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries earned.

8. Prizes. Grand Prize (1): $150 Visa gift card. Runner-up prizes (5): $10 coffee shop gift card each. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $200. Gift cards are subject to their issuers' terms. No substitution or cash equivalent except by Superb if a prize becomes unavailable.

9. Winner notification. Winners will be notified by email at the address on their Superb account within 3 business days of the drawing. A winner who doesn't respond within 7 days may forfeit the prize, and an alternate may be drawn.

10. Verification. Superb may verify entries against its records and disqualify entries from shifts not worked, referrals that aren't genuine, or any attempt to manipulate the giveaway.

11. Publicity. With the winner's permission, Superb may share the winner's first name, city and a photo or quote they provide.

12. Taxes. Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize.

13. General. By taking part, entrants agree to these rules and Superb's decisions. Superb is not responsible for technical failures or incorrect data. Superb may cancel or modify the giveaway if it cannot run as planned. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.

14. Privacy. Information is used to run this giveaway and in line with Superb's privacy policy at superbshifts.com/privacy-policy.
