No. The most important qualification is having genuine, warm relationships with healthcare facility decision-makers — administrators, regional directors, DONs, or ownership groups. What you sell or consult on today doesn't matter as much as who you know.
Non-exclusive. You're not required to stop working with other platforms or services. We ask that you're transparent if a facility you refer is already in conversation with another staffing vendor, but there are no exclusivity clauses.
Revenue share are paid on a quarterly basis via ACH direct deposit. A W-9 or equivalent business tax documentation is required before your first payout. Exact payment terms are outlined in the partner agreement you'll receive after your kickoff call.
A qualified referral is a facility contact that (a) you introduce to a Superb team member via a warm intro call or email, (b) has not already been in contact with Superb directly, and (c) onboards and posts at least one shift within 60 days. Exact qualification criteria are in the partner agreement.
We review every application and respond either way. If it's not the right fit right now, we'll tell you why — and keep the door open for the future. We'd rather be honest upfront than bring on partners we can't support well.
