What is the dress code?
Solid colored scrubs & a Superb name tag (we'll mail it to you!).
How do I get paid?
We pay contractors through Stripe payment processing. As a contractor you have the opportunity to opt into 24-hour pay or receive payment 3 business days after shift completion.
Your payment information can be updated in the Profile Settings section to opt into 24-hour payments.
How do I view my paystubs?
All your paycheck information can be viewed in the Earnings and Performance section of your app. You can also view your shift history and payment information in the Shift History section.
How do lunch breaks work?
Per state regulations, 30-minute unpaid lunch breaks must be offered for any shift 8 hours or longer. When clocking out, you will be asked if you received a lunch break or not.
How do I adjust my time clock for a shift?
If you need to adjust your time clock for a shift, please email your time clock correction to info@superbshifts.com.
What is a 1099/Independent Contractor?
Because you work where you want, when you want, you are a 1099 Independent Contractor! This means that you are responsible for withholding your own taxes. If you would like more information please click here.
How do I drop a shift?
Prior to dropping your shift, please note our cancelation policy:
Shifts dropped more than 24 hours prior to shift start time will result in a $10 fee.
Call-ins within 24 hours of the shift start time will result in a $100 fee.
No Call No Shows will result in a $200 fee.
To drop a shift, select View Schedule on your dashboard. Select the shift that you wish to drop and click Drop Shift. For more information or if you are within the required time window, please contact our Support Line at (531) 910-9134.
