Superb was founded on the concept of putting control back into the hands of healthcare workers and senior care communities. After first-hand experience seeing price gouging and poor healthcare worker compensation from medical staffing companies, we knew it was time for a change.

With the help of the Omaha Chamber of Commerce StartUp Collaborative, various grant programs, and a local design studio we were able to create a progressive technology that caters to those that matter - the healthcare workers and the communities that employ them.

Our vision and team are focused on advocating for the senior care industry, and we are just getting started.

Molly O’Neil
Chief Executive Officer

Molly O’Neil

Molly initiated the Superb platform’s development and performed extensive market research surrounding staffing and communication barriers in senior care.  She has been working in geriatrics for over ten years and holds a Master’s degree in Gerontology.

Anousone Souvannasoth
Head of Growth

Anousone Souvannasoth

Anousone has over 10 years of banking, real estate, and sales experience and has been involved in numerous start-up initiatives.  He believes Superb has so much potential to challenge the traditional ways of staffing and improve the work/life balance of caregivers while helping facilities to reduce cost and direct it towards improving the facility and care..  Anousone holds a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance (University of Nebraska Lincoln) and is currently pursuing an MBA (University of Nebraska Omaha).

Scott Marsicek
Head of Finance

Scott Marsicek

Scott has extensive financial and advertising management experience.  Scott's passion for analytics have helped identify cost-savings and revenue-generating opportunities.  Scott was eager to join Superb because he believes that the Senior Care Industry is ripe for innovation.  He has worked for high-growth companies throughout his career therefore he has a strong desire to build teams and improve & scale their processes. Scott holds a Bachelor's in Accounting & Finance (The University of Nebraska, Lincoln).

Jordan Bartek
Head of Operations

Jordan Bartek

Jordan has been working in Marketing and the Healthcare Staffing Industry for a majority of her career.  Jordan has seen first hand the disconnect that exists within healthcare staffing.  She is passionate about creating a platform where healthcare workers and the facilities that they serve are valued.  Jordan holds a BA in Communications - Public Relations (Northwest Missouri State University).

Alex Eisele
Head of Engineering & Product

Alex Eisele

Alex has an extensive background in Information Technology. Alex started his career in New York City at Goldman Sachs as a Software Engineer where he built external-facing desktop, web, and mobile platforms for institutional clients that allowed them to trade, analyze risk and consume market research directly from GS. He joined Superb because he believes this industry is ripe for change especially from a digitization standpoint. Alex is passionate about the opportunity to create a fair exchange between healthcare workers and the institutions who need them and believes doing so with software can help make the process easier for everyone involved. Alex holds a degree in Computer Science (Hastings College, Nebraska) and currently sits on the Board of Trustees.

Heather Holmes

Passionate about impacting individuals Heather is an intrapreneur, community activist, and sought after mentor who is encouraged daily by the supportive people in her life. She loves heartfelt conversations and believes in the transformative power of women in leadership. Heather is a disrupter in senior living and works to cultivate a culture of celebrating individuals in their authenticity. You can often find her dreaming of her next ritual bath and vibing with the moon's cycles. She is deeply grateful for her two sons and together they are exploring the world. Being a mom is and will be the greatest joy and biggest life lesson for Heather.

With exceptional customer service skills, Payton has made a significant impact on the healthcare workers he has helped and the staff he has worked with. He finds great joy in working at Superb, where he gets to be part of a group of uplifting and amazing individuals, and he is always motivated to help staff the facilities for patients in need.
